Custom and Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, numbers, sizes, colors, spelling, artwork, and other customization details before submitting or approving an order.

When a proof is provided, production may begin after the customer approves it. Summit Athletics is not responsible for errors included in an approved proof or information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

Customers who provide artwork, logos, photographs, team names, trademarks, or other materials represent that they own those materials or have permission to use them. The customer agrees to be responsible for claims arising from materials submitted without proper authorization.

Summit Athletics may refuse to produce content that we reasonably believe infringes another party’s rights, violates applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including Summit Athletics’ original designs, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, text, layout, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Summit Athletics and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
